2. SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Postwobe Agency, including:
Social media management
Visual identity & graphic design
Digital strategy and consulting
Any approval of a quote or contract implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the client.

3. QUOTES AND ORDERS

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
To confirm a project, the client must:
Accept the quote in writing (by signature or email)
Pay a 50% deposit to validate the order and secure the project start date
The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of the project.
For monthly services (such as social media management), invoices are issued on the 31st of each month for
the following month and are payable in advance.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments are accepted via:
Bank transfer
PayPal
If payments are not made on time:
A first reminder is sent after 7 days
If no payment is received after that, the project may be cancelled, and the deposit will be retained
If the final payment is not completed, no access will be granted to the final deliverables or any materials
stored in the Google Drive folder shared with the client.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:
Provide all required information and content on time
Be available for feedback and validation
Respect all payment deadlines
Postwobe Agency cannot be held responsible for delays due to a lack of responsiveness or missing
content from the client.

6. DELIVERY & REVISIONS

Two rounds of revisions are included by default unless stated otherwise. Any additional revisions will be
charged separately.
Final deliverables (visuals, files, strategy documents) are sent only after full payment has been
received.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All creations (visuals, documents, templates, strategies, etc.) remain the property of Postwobe Agency
until full payment is received.
Once paid, the client receives the right to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.
Any reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All information, strategies, and materials shared during the collaboration are strictly confidential and
must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

9. CANCELLATION

Postwobe Agency reserves the right to cancel a project:
In the event of late or missing payments
In case of disrespectful or unprofessional behavior from the client
If the client cancels after confirming the order:
The deposit is non-refundable
Any work already started will be invoiced accordingly

10. LIABILITY

Postwobe Agency is bound by a best-effort obligation (obligation of means), not a guarantee of
results.
The agency is not liable for platform-related issues (Meta, Google, etc.), misused deliverables, or
indirect damages.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, the matter will be
brought before the competent courts of Le Mans, France.
